The listed prices are per apartment per day and for a minimum stay of 3 nights. The prices refer to the reported number of guests at the booking stage and confirmed via the deposit payment. During the main season the apartments are rented only from saturday to saturday.
In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.
Prices do not include the tourist tax of EUR 2.30 per person (over 14 years) per day.

The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- cash for total amount up to € 999.99 by the day before departure;
- by bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival);
- by bank check (in this case, please hand over the check within the day after arrival);
- More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 80%).
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay.
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay.

Pets:
By agreement, pets (not puppies) are allowed at a price of € 10.00 per animal per day, provided that the owners of the animals accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their animals and undertake never to leave them alone in the apartment.
